日本弁理士会、医薬・バイオ特許事例研究会は、バイオテクノロジーや医薬分野における特許権の取得及び行使に関し、研究する任意団体です。現在会員は、１００名程であり、最先端の情報に基づき、バイオや医薬関連の発明の諸相について、質の高い議論ができる環境となっております。

Bio Patents Research Group is voluntary organization in JPAA (Japan Patent Attorney Association) to research on obtainment and execution of patents in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. We currently have approximately 100 registered members to ensure high quality discussion on various aspects of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals related patents based on cutting edge information.
